Refunds are available if requested before services have been rendered. Services are considered rendered once the FinCEN Identification Number and Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Report have been secured and completed.
Please note that once the FinCEN Identification Number and BOI Report have been processed and delivered, refunds are no longer available.
The guidelines and requirements for the Beneficial Ownership Information Report may be subject to change over time. In the event that the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) updates or revises these requirements, we are unable to provide refunds for services already rendered.
